Apprentice

  • We pledge that a minimum 8% of the workforce during construction will be apprentices and we will provide a new apprenticeship placement every two years throughout operations, whilst achieving a minimum of 75% completion rate for all our apprenticeships.
  • We will offer a 100% job interview guarantee for Gloucestershire residents who meet the job criteria. This commitment applies throughout the supply chain and will target recently unemployed skilled workers.
  • We are committed to advertising jobs locally through a wide range of channels, including the local Jobcentre, Jobseeker Direct and online at Directgov to ensure local residents have access to jobs created.
  • We will create work experience placements for local students to support the development of the future workforce.
  • We will work with voluntary associations to enhance the waste management and climate change benefits of volunteering programmes.
